1) Do you ship worldwide?

    We currently ship to the World Wide.

    US -  $5 USD

    Canada -  $7 CAD

    Ireland - €4.99 EUR

      2) How long will it take to receive my order?

        Once you place your order, there will be a 2-7 day processing period followed by:
        • UK: 12-30 Days
        • New Zealand: 12-30 Days
        • USA: 12-15 Days
        • Canada: 12-30 days
        • Ireland: 12-30 days
        • Australia: 12-30 days

        Please do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

          *Please note that some orders may take up to 30 days to arrive in a worst case scenario, if you cannot wait this long please do NOT order. This is due to our overseas warehouse, which we are currently working on moving home to the UK for faster shipping times. Please know that all orders are expected to have a delivery time of 15-20 days, if you cannot wait this long please do NOT order.

            3) Does the orders have a tracking number?

              Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-5 days).
                  Please kindly email info@darkrosejewellery.co.uk  with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is NOT your tracking number. 

                    4) Where can I track my order?

                    You can track your order directly from our website under the 'Track' link. Using your order number and email you will be provided updates on the whereabouts of your items.

                      5) Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
                        Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 

                          6) How can I pay?

                            We currently accept credit/debit card payments!

                              100% Satisfaction Guarantee

                              Dark Rose Jewellery has a 7-day 100% satisfaction guarantee for all items, only if they are damaged or broken. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. 

                              Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a refund confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

                              If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

                              We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All sales are final.
